Mdm Ling Bakery is a Singapore bakery brand built on a simple promise: Love Them All. We operate our own production facility, warehouse and delivery operations, serving retail, e-commerce, corporate gifting, wholesale and institutional customers throughout Singapore.
About The Role
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be part of our front-line team, helping to provide a friendly and welcoming experience for customers while supporting the daily operations of the outlet. Your duties will include customer service, cashiering, packing and restocking.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, provide friendly service and assist with their purchases.
Handle cashier duties, including cashless and other payment transactions.
Pack customer orders, replenish products and keep displays neat and presentable.
Support basic bakery preparation, product finishing and packing.
Keep the outlet clean and maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock checks and daily outlet tasks.
Support promotions, festive periods and other operational activities when required.

About You
Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting and standing for extended periods.
Friendly, responsible and customer-focused.
Previous retail or F&B experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
