Job Summary

The Sales Associate / Brand Associate drives sales and service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment, manages order fulfilment, and supports store operations to create a seamless customer experience across boutique and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled shifts during mid-Ramadhan through the week after Eid, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and peak days to support extended shopping hours


• Deliver warm, patient, and service-oriented customer assistance during high-volume traffic periods


• Provide product recommendations and styling guidance tailored to modestwear customers


• Locate sizes, colors, and stock availability efficiently to meet customer needs


• Maintain a calm and positive tone during peak rush hours to enhance customer experience


• Quickly learn and apply product knowledge including fabric types, care instructions, tudung styles, face-shape recommendations, promotions, and bundle deals


• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively during busy periods to maximize sales


• Handle basic cash transactions and POS operations accurately (training provided)


• Process purchases, exchanges, service requests, e-receipts, and loyalty enrolment smoothly


• Manage customer queues and flow within the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment


• Assist in restocking shelves promptly and maintaining attractive product displays


• Repack and steam-iron items as needed to uphold product presentation standards


• Support inventory counts and daily replenishment activities to maintain stock accuracy


• Maintain store cleanliness and neatness throughout the day, including folding apparel, tidying fitting rooms, and refreshing displays


• Perform opening and closing store routines when assigned to ensure operational readiness


• Present a clean, modest, and professional appearance consistent with brand identity


• Follow brand service etiquette and uniform guidelines to represent the company professionally


• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment with clear communication to full-time staff and team leads


• Adapt quickly to guidance and changing task assignments during peak periods


• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, positive energy, and adaptability in all duties


• Perform both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as required


• Stand for extended periods during shifts to fulfill operational needs


• Comply with legal work eligibility requirements in Singapore


• Attend mandatory training and orientation sessions prior to deployment


• Sign and adhere to temporary employment agreements, NDAs, confidentiality clauses, and the company Code of Conduct
