Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections
Manage cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling returns/exchanges
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-displayed and stocked
Support day-to-day operations such as inventory checks, packing, and restocking
Assist in store events, workshops, and promotional activities
Uphold brand values and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all customers
Requirements:Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (training will be provided)Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating shift basis
