Retail Executive – Premium Sleep and Wellness Products
📍 Locations: Tiong Bahru, Great World and Orchard-area showrooms
💰 Salary: $2,000–$3,000/month + commission
🎁 Benefits: AWS and 14 days’ annual leave
🕒 Working Schedule: Five-day work week based on retail hours
Join a premium sleep and wellness brand specializing in natural mattresses, sustainable furniture, bedding and curated sleep essentials.
Job Responsibilities
Retail Sales and Customer Experience
• Conduct personalised sleep consultations and recommend suitable products
• Promote mattresses, pillows, bedframes, bedding and accessories
• Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
• Work towards individual and showroom sales targets
• Deliver a premium, educational and consultative shopping experience
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals
Customer Relationship Management
• Manage enquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, website and walk-in channels
• Follow up with customers after showroom visits and quotations
• Track sales leads and follow through until closure
• Coordinate deliveries and respond to after-sales enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history
Sales Operations and Administration
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate payment, delivery and customer information
• Coordinate inventory availability and stock allocation
• Process e-commerce orders and arrange fulfilment
• Support reporting and other sales-administration activities
Visual Merchandising and Brand Support
• Maintain premium showroom presentation and cleanliness
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and merchandising updates
• Assist with workshops, sales events and marketing activities
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer-education sessions
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline
• At least two years of experience in retail sales, premium consumer products, furniture, lifestyle, hospitality or wellness
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using email, CRM systems and other digital processes
• Experience with Odoo, Shopify or similar platforms is advantageous
• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays according to the retail roster
Working Arrangement
• Employees may rotate between showrooms during the probation period
• A regular showroom may be assigned after confirmation, subject to operational requirements
• Commission is payable according to the company’s commission scheme
