Retail Merchandiser (ID: 714859)
Ensure merchandising activities across assigned categories align with established standards, guidelines, and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support category planning by analysing product performance, customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives, ensuring timely execution and completion.
Assist with pricing reviews and competitive price comparisons to support effective pricing strategies.
Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and replenishment requirements to meet sales demand.
Track sales performance, maintain merchandising records, and prepare reports and presentations to support business analysis and management reviews.
Requirements:
Degree in Business or equivalent
Around 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel) has added advantageous
