Retail Sales Associate
About the role
A Retail Associate at IN GOOD COMPANY takes on the role as a brand ambassador, tasked to deliver a pleasant shopping experience across every service touchpoints in the customer journey in-store as well as providing great customer care service to e-commerce customers. You will be working closely with the merchandising team to be updated on new product launches to serve customers with good product knowledge. You will also communicate marketing mechanics to help drive conversions and acquire new sign ups in store.
Key responsibilities
Achieve sales targets through excellent product knowledge to provide styling options to recommend to upsell / cross-sell products
Communicate brand promotions and mall promotion initiatives for higher conversion
Build customer relations to foster regular shopping frequency and return visits
Build brand reputation by practicing good customer care service
Practice good housekeeping and maintain a high standard in VM displays in-stores
Assist to maintain optimal inventory for new products and core products

Able to work independently and as a team
Sales and rewards motivated
Minimum qualification: N / O Level
1 year experience in Fashion retail
