Retail Support Executive (Gaming & E-Commerce) | Up to $2.7K + AWS & Bonus
About the role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Support Executive to support gaming retail operations, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management and community gaming events. No prior experience required — training will be provided!
Key responsibilities
Handle incoming deliveries, purchase orders and stock verification.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock counts and stockroom organisation.
Process online orders, including picking, packing and dispatch.
Manage preorders, stock allocations and customer order updates.
Create and maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, images and inventory details.
Support retail operations, cashiering, customer service and store replenishment.
Plan, promote and organise weekly gaming sessions and monthly special events.
Drive community engagement and achieve event attendance targets.
About you
No prior experience required. Training will be provided!
Interest in gaming, retail operations and community events.
Comfortable learning Shopify, inventory systems and online order processing.
Good communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends.
