Our Client, an operator in the gaming and retail space, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Retail Support Executive.
You will be responsible for managing backend retail operations, including inventory control, order fulfilment and Shopify product listings, while organising weekly game sessions and monthly special events for an assigned game line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check deliveries against purchase orders, update stock records, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately, maintain tracking records and follow platform deadlines.
Track incoming stock, maintain preorder allocations and prepare orders for collection or dispatch.
Create and update product listings, including barcodes, images, variants, pricing and stock availability. Verify listing details and obtain required approval before publishing.
Maintain organised storage areas and support shelf replenishment, store upkeep, cashiering and customer service when required.
Plan and run weekly game sessions, aiming for an average attendance of 8 participants per week.
Organise at least 2 special events monthly, targeting a minimum of 10 attendees per event. Prepare event plans, posters and signups at least 14 days in advance.
REQUIREMENTS:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Willing to handle backend administrative work, inventory and order fulfilment.
Comfortable supporting retail operations and engaging customers during game sessions and events.
Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends.

Location: Commonwealth
Working Days/Hours: 5 Days (Includes 1 weekend), Monday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm, Saturday: 12pm to 10pm, Sunday: 11am to 7pm
Salary: $2,300 Basic + Incentives (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
