Sales & Customer Service Manager - Freight Forwarding (AWS / East)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our commercial and operations-support teams in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee team performance, drive new business growth across Air & Sea Freight and 3PL solutions, and manage key accounts.

Basic Salary: $6000 – $7000
Allowances + AWS and yearly flexi benefits
Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:45 PM) & Alternate Saturdays WFH
Location: East Region, Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of both the Sales and Customer Service teams; optimize daily workload and team efficiency.
Expand revenue streams across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics, and 3PL solutions while nurturing key accounts.
Manage department budgets, sales pipelines, KPIs, and P&L performance; review quotations, tenders, SOPs, and commercial proposals.
Ensure the CS team delivers timely shipment tracking, proactive updates, and swift escalation handling to maintain high customer retention.
Partner with Operations and Pricing teams locally, and collaborate with ASEAN regional offices to support broader growth initiatives.
Requirements
Proven track record in managing both Sales and Customer Service functions, with commercial understanding of P&L, pricing, and budgeting.
