Job Summary

Manage key accounts by analyzing market trends, developing negotiation strategies, driving sales and promotional activities, and leading sales teams to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data and consumer requirements to identify sales opportunities and inform negotiation strategies


• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure successful sales agreements


• Identify and engage new potential clients to expand the customer base


• Plan and perform spot and programmed sales and promotional activities in assigned supermarket accounts


• Arrange promotional activities by setting pricing, selecting product ranges, and preparing promotional materials


• Lead and coordinate sales team members to execute sales and promotional activities effectively


• Communicate with sales administrators regarding repacking requirements for orders


• Address product or service issues and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction


• Build and sustain strong business relationships with customers to support ongoing sales efforts


• Provide strategic direction for sales and promotional activities to meet business objectives


• Negotiate and manage daily operations with external parties to ensure smooth transactions


• Participate in management meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations


• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed to contribute to business development


• Adapt responsibilities as business needs evolve to align with company growth
