Salary: $4,000 - $5,000/month

Working Hours:
* 5 days/week
* 9am - 6pm
* Weekend support may be required during peak campaign periods
Job Scope:
* Plan and coordinate retail activation, visual merchandising and store deployments
* Ensure displays are executed according to brand and merchandising guidelines
* Manage production, deployment and replenishment of retail marketing materials
* Monitor fixtures and displays and coordinate rectification or maintenance when required
* Liaise with vendors, agencies and retail partners on store requirements and deployment timelines
* Track and manage retail assets, fixtures and display units
* Support on-site setup and execution for roadshows, events and retail activation
* Coordinate digital content deployment across retail screens
* Recommend ideas to improve retail visibility and customer engagement
* Manage billing, invoicing and related administrative processes
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day retail operations
Requirements:
* Retail operations, merchandising or visual merchandising experience preferred
* Experience within consumer electronics/mobile retail will be advantageous
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong coordination, communication and time-management skills
* Comfortable working with vendors, agencies and multiple stakeholders
* Able to support weekend activities during peak periods when required
