Senior Florist

Responsibilities:

-          Arrange flowers according to customer requests and market demand.

-          Consistently create new and innovative floral designs.

-          Ensure that all flowers offered for sale are in the best possible condition.

-          Able to provide suggestions to the Company regarding the flower arrangements to be made.

Requirements:

-          At least 5 years of experience working as a flower arranger.

-          Artistic, creative, and innovative.

-          Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.

-          Knowledge of current floral design trends.

-          A strong service mindset with excellent customer service skills.

-          Good communication skills
