Responsibilities
- Own the APAC funds-in product roadmap, identifying Funds In coverage gaps by corridor and prioritizing integrations based on volume, revenue opportunity and customer demand.
- Evaluate and onboard new Funds In methods such as local real-time rails, debit/credit card, wallets, bank transfers and digital assets.
- Define and track key Funds In performance metrics such as acceptance rates and authorization rates.
- Identify and deliver initiatives to improve conversion across the Funds In funnel.
- Partner with processors, acquirers, card networks and wallet providers to manage integration delivery and ongoing performance management.
- Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure all Funds In methods meet regulatory requirements, AML obligations, card scheme rules and chargeback controls.
- Build business cases for new Funds In method integrations, performing market analysis, quantifying revenue, impact, incremental volume, implementation cost and risk.
- Prepare and present regular funds-in performance reporting against OKRs for regional and global stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop associate-level product managers on the Funds In team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years working directly on payments.
- Strong understanding of Funds In economics.
- Demonstrated track record of owning a product roadmap and shipping end-to-end.
- Data-driven approach to product decisions. Able to define funnel metrics and iterate on results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable preparing and presenting executive-level materials.
- Familiarity with card scheme rules (Visa / Mastercard) and acquirer relationships in APAC markets.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree, or equivalent experience.
