Senior Merchandiser
Weekly analysis of Products sell-through and monthly data reports required.
Accountable for sales performance, pricing, inventory, buying, allocation, grouping & markdowns.
Maintenance of Product Item Attributes categorization.
Coordinate launching plans ad follow-up with the Logistics Department for smooth delivery.
Merchandising support and cross-functional collaboration on key projects
Collaborate with marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.

To work with the Visual Merchandising on the in-store display guideline
Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Report efficiently to the Department Head on weekly action plans.
Job Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Merchandising, Retail Buying, or relevant experience
General knowledge of Merchandising, Buying process and strong Product knowledge
Proven ability to multitask in fast paced environment, manages competing priorities and meets deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of Excel with good analytical skills
Team player mentality and effective at building cross functional relationships
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Resilient with the ability in dealing with ambiguity and stress
