About this Team
What's your role?
Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers
Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies
Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information
Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly
To establish strong presence of DREAME (powered by DASHER) branding and provide high quality services to customer
We welcome candidates from junior to senior levels, depending on experience and skills!
What's the skill required?
Good command of written and spoken English and 中文
Able to work 5-Day a week, shift rotation, 11AM - 9PM
Assist customers enquiry, introduce our product to walk in customers
A bubbly, cheerful and joy personality
Who's there to support you?
We’ll support you from day one with training on our products and installation procedures, led by your Retail Operations Manager and team lead.
As a Senior Retail team member, you’ll use your experience to drive sales, guide colleagues and improve daily store operations. Your team lead will also be available for questions and support.
You’ll contribute ideas during team discussions on market trends, sales challenges and ways to improve the customer experience!
