[SINGAPORE FLYER] Marketing and Sales Officer

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing and Sales Officer provides administrative, operational and marketing support to the Marketing and Sales team in the planning, coordination, and execution of sales activities, events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns. The role supports revenue generation and brand visibility through effective sales coordination, event administration, digital marketing support, social media management, campaign reporting, and maintenance of onsite and offsite marketing materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Sales team, including the preparation of quotations, booking orders, event orders, sales reports, gift certificates, and other marketing and sales materials.

• Coordinate with internal departments and prepare daily event listings, event signage, operational requirements, and internal circulation documents to support the smooth execution of events and client bookings.

• Maintain accurate sales records, booking reports, customer databases, event documentation, and revenue tracking reports to support reporting, analysis, and departmental administration.

• Support the planning. coordination and execution of corporate events, partnerships, media events, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and marketing activations.

• Assist in managing and updating digital platforms and social media channels, including website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu , and other relevant platforms to support brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Assist in photography, videography, short-form video creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design for social media content, events, onsite promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate the updating and maintenance of onsite signage, digital display screens, promotional posters, brochures, and offsite advertising materials to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Perform any other duties, operational responsibilities, and cross departmental assignments as required by the Management to support departmental objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome. Relevant internship or working experience in sales coordination, marketing, events, hospitality, tourism, or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, content creation, and online engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with photography, videography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other basic content creation and editing tools will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn, and ability to support both sales and marketing functions effectively.

• A good team player who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
