Social Commerce Growth Associate (2-Day Maketing Project, Fresh Grads Welcome)

About us
We Are a Singapore-based mother and baby brand with supply-chain partners in China and customers across Singapore and Malaysia. This term, seven student teams from SG School of Business developed growth strategies for us, covering website and SEO, generative AI search (GEO), Instagram, and TikTok social commerce.

The role
We’re looking for one person to help us turn those strategies into action, over a focused two-day project:

• Day 1 (Mon, 9 Nov, full day 8 Hours): Review all seven strategy decks and identify the strongest, most practical ideas.

• Day 2 (Tue, 10 Nov, morning 6 Hours): Attend the live student presentations with our founder, contribute to the feedback discussion, then help shape a prioritised 30-day action plan.

What you’ll bring

• A degree, or final-year studies, in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field.

• Hands-on experience running a social media account, an e-commerce store, or a digital marketing project (personal, internship or freelance all count).

• A working understanding of SEO, and curiosity about AI search (GEO).

• The ability to distil several proposals into clear priorities and next steps.

• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese, spoken and written. This is required because the role involves reviewing Chinese-language platforms and content such as Xiaohongshu, and the action plan will be used with our Chinese-speaking supply-chain partners in China.

• Eligibility to work in Singapore.
