Social Media Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator

Salary Package: Up till $2500 basic + monthly incentives + VB + AWS
Company Industry: Tabletop and wargame store (Retail)
Working hours: 5 days rostered work week (inclusive of 1 weekend), 8-10 hrs per day, arranged by manager.
Working timings: Monday to Friday (2pm to 10pm), Saturday (12pm to 10pm), Sunday (11am to 7pm)

Job Scope Summary

Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Create engaging photos, videos, and short-form content to promote retail products and campaigns.
Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
Manage WhatsApp Business communities and broadcast groups.
Respond to customer enquiries, provide product recommendations, and share stock updates.
Drive customer engagement and sales through exclusive promotions and flash deals.
Monitor social media trends and propose relevant content ideas.
Support retail operations during peak periods, promotions, and events.
Gather customer feedback from both online and in-store interactions.
Ensure a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) customer experience.
Work closely with the retail team to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.

Requirements:

Diploma in any fields
Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools), and WhatsApp Business.
No experiences needed, and training provided
