Supply Chain Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to support our Amazon and 3PL operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate, ensuring smooth fulfillment, and supporting sales initiatives through Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders, production progress and ready dates; escalate delays early.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders on pickups, bookings and shipment tracking to Amazon FBA/AWD and 3PL warehouses.

• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to resolve shipment issues, including billing disputes and quantity or document discrepancies, through to closure.

• Keep shipment status, Delivery Orders (DO) and Proof of Delivery (POD) records accurate and up to date in our system daily.

• Assist in supervising the virtual assistant team: review their daily work for accuracy and completeness, and follow up on issues.

• Arrange product inspections with the QC team before goods ship.

• Prepare and check shipping and customs documents (packing lists, carton details, HS codes, compliance documents).

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipment lead times and supplier performance to support supply chain decisions.

• Work with Finance on supplier and forwarder payment requests.

• Support other supply chain projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field; fresh graduates welcome.

• Proficient in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese (Simplified), to communicate with China suppliers and freight forwarders

• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and organized.

• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have :

• Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, FBA or e-commerce logistics.

• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, sea and air freight, or customs clearance.
