Temp Admin

About the role

We're looking for a Temporary Admin to join us until Feb 2027. You'll support order processing, inventory management, bazaar coordination, and general administration. This hands-on role requires you to stay organised, coordinate with booth leaders, manage paperwork and stock movements, and support day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare stock checklists and maintain inventory records
• Handle data entry and order paperwork, including gift cards
• Liaise with vendors and assist with pop-up booth arrangements
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
• Prior administrative experience is an advantage
