We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Card Product Management.
Princ ipal Accountabilities
In this role you will:
- Formulate and execute product strategy to maximise profitable revenue streams.
- Lead business initiatives to drive measurable results and growth.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for card products.
- Define, analyse, and optimise customer segments and portfolio performance.
- Ensure adherence to marketing processes and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with delivery and support teams to enable seamless product launches.
- Develop and manage effective marketing communications for stakeholders.
- Foster a proactive, collaborative team environment and ensure operational readiness.
To be successful you will need:
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- In-depth understanding of card products, banking operations, and related systems.
- Proven experience in product management within financial services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
