Warehouse Assistant Cum Traffic Controller (East | Up to $2,500)
Main Responsibilities as Operation Assistant:
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound).
Receive and verify incoming stock against delivery documents.
Perform quantity and condition checks upon receipt.
Ensure proper system receiving, putaway, and labelling of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting activities.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner.
Perform accurate picking and packing of orders, including e-commerce fulfilment.
Ensure proper documentation (DO, PO, picking list) in line with GDP/GMP/GDPMDS traceability requirements.
Comply with Workplace Safety & Health requirements at all times.
Support audits, inspections, and CAPA processes.
Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, GDP, GMP, and GDPMDS under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Support achievement of IMS objectives and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities as Traffic Controller:
Supervise drivers and delivery assistants
Plan, schedule, and assign daily jobs
Communicate with drivers to ensure job completion
Coordinate with customers on operational issues
Report cargo damage, discrepancies, accidents, or delivery abnormalities
Assist in incident/accident investigations and prepare reports (Incident Report / CAPA)
Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and company assets
Arrange vehicle servicing and inspections
Monitor all deliveries and collections closely
Request customer time extensions for export collections when required
Escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager
Handle customer calls after office hours when needed
Assist the Operations Manager with vehicle maintenance schedules and customer operational queries
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements as Operation Assistant:
Minimum N level
Min 1 year’s experiences in similar field
Able to read and write English
Awareness of GDP, GMP, GDPMDS handling requirements will be an advantage.
Basic computer literacy (Excel / Warehouse System).
Forklift License preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.
Able to perform required tasks to do manual carrying.
Willing to work overtime when operationally required.
Job Requirements as Traffic Controller:
Minimum secondary school
Min 3 years experiences in similar field
Good communication skill
Able to read and write English
Ability to handle stress in a fast pace environment
PC literate
