Kaleido Jewellery is a fast-growing fashion jewellery with 8 stores across Singapore.

About the Role
You’ll be the person who makes sure the right products are in the right place at the right time, across our stores, our website, and our TikTok Live sessions. If you like spreadsheets, solving puzzles, and seeing your planning turn directly into sales, you’ll enjoy this role.

What You’ll Do

Inventory & Replenishment

• Plan and execute weekly store replenishment based on sales and stock levels

• Allocate stock across stores and online channels using sales trends

• Run monthly demand planning ahead of campaigns and TikTok Live events

• Coordinate deliveries with our warehouse team and follow up on discrepancies

• Support stock takes and keep inventory records accurate

Product Setup

• Create SKUs and launch new products across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and our stores

• Keep product information and catalogues accurate across all systems

TikTok Live Support

• Prepare product selections and stock for scheduled live sessions with the marketing team

• Monitor stock during lives to prevent overselling

• Report on stock movement and replenishment needs after each session

Reporting

• Prepare bestseller and replenishment reports across online and retail

• Spot inventory risks and opportunities, and recommend actions
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in inventory, logistics, merchandising, or retail operations

• Strong Excel skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working with store, marketing, and warehouse teams

• Clear communicator in English

• Interest in e-commerce and livestream selling (Shopify or TikTok Shop experience is a plus)

• Experience in fashion, accessories, or jewellery is a bonus
  

Working Hours
Office hours are Mon–Fri, 9.30am - 6.30pm. Occasional evening TikTok Live sessions are needed, with time-off-in-lieu and transport allowance provided.
