Media Buyer

About the role

Hexcore Labs is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize budgets, and drive leads and sign-ups across our programmes and products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, and placements
• Test ad creatives, hooks, and offers in collaboration with the creative team
• Track conversions, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Maintain pixels, conversion events, and UTM tracking
• Monitor campaign performance, platform policies, and competitors
• Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations

About you

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Demonstrable campaign results and budget-management experience
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with advertising metrics
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters
• Good written English and proactive communication
• Available full-time on Singapore working hours
• Own laptop and reliable internet connection
