Job Summary

Join a fast-growing e-commerce brand as a TikTok LIVE Sales Host to engage audiences, showcase mobile phone products, and drive real-time sales through dynamic livestream sessions on TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular TikTok LIVE sessions to demonstrate and sell mobile phone products effectively.


• Engage viewers actively during live streams by answering product questions and addressing objections to enhance customer experience.


• Promote flash deals, vouchers, and campaigns dynamically to maximize live sales and meet performance targets.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and plan session talking points.


• Assist occasionally in creating short-form promotional videos to support marketing efforts.

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate energetic, confident on-camera presence to connect with live audiences.


• Communicate clearly in spoken English to engage viewers effectively; ability to converse in Mandarin or other languages is a strong plus to manage bilingual chats.


• Exhibit a sales-driven mindset by thinking quickly, persuading viewers, and staying motivated by sales goals and incentives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in livestream hosting, TikTok Shop sales, retail, or hosting/emceeing is preferred.


• Willingness to learn and adapt, with training provided for fresh candidates with bubbly personalities.
