Creative Marketing & Sales Executive (Jewellery & Keepsakes)
About the role
This is a multi-faceted role combining social media marketing, content creation, customer consultations, sales and hands-on jewellery production. You will be joining a small, close-knit team at Apart.sg and Together Diamonds, wearing multiple hats and contributing to different aspects of the business.
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Off
Key responsibilities
Plan, create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
Film, photograph and edit engaging short-form videos, Reels and product content
Develop creative marketing ideas, campaigns and storytelling initiatives
Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness
Conduct showroom consultations and introduce customers to our products
Respond to customer enquiries and guide customers through their purchases
Build genuine relationships with customers through empathetic communication
Assist in creating handcrafted keepsake jewellery and handle sentimental materials respectfully
Follow strict procedures for material identification, cleanliness and quality control
About you
Experience or demonstrated skills in social media content creation, photography or video editing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, detail-oriented, organised and self-motivated
Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting sales consultations
Willing to learn hands-on jewellery-making techniques
Comfortable respectfully handling sensitive sentimental materials, including cremation ashes
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and AI productivity tools is advantageous
Previous jewellery-making experience is not required; training will be provided
