Digital Marketer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and data-oriented Digital Marketer to increase school visibility and attract prospective new students (new student registration/PPDB). You will be responsible for managing all school digital marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

- Managing Social Media: Creating monthly content for the school's Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

- PPDB Campaign: Designing and executing digital advertising strategies (Meta Ads & Google Ads) for new student registration.

- Website Management: Updating school website information and optimizing SEO for easy discovery on Google.

- Content Production: Taking photos/videos of school activities and editing them into engaging promotional content.

- Data Analysis: Monitoring the acquisition of prospective databases (leads) and reporting the performance of digital campaigns every month.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in the education industry is a plus).

- Mastering Copywriting for captions, digital brochures, and advertising texts.

- Proficient in Editing Tools: Able to use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar applications.

- Understanding Paid Advertising: Having experience running Meta Ads (FB/IG Ads) or Google Ads.

- Communicative & Creative: Able to capture the latest trends that are relevant to the world of teenagers and parents of students.
