Digital Marketing Assistant
Keisuke Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is hands-on and focuses mainly on social media management, content creation, basic design and coordination with our outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's day-to-day digital marketing activities across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, while helping to maintain a positive and engaging online presence for the brand.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and maintain the company's TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Plan and publish regular social media posts and content.
Create engaging social media content, including captions, photos and short-form videos.
Create basic marketing materials and social media designs using Canva or similar design tools.
Coordinate with outlets to collect photos, videos, promotions and other marketing materials.
Follow up with outlets regarding their marketing needs and requirements.
Maintain a simple content calendar and posting schedule.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to Google Reviews in a professional and timely manner.
Keep track of basic social media engagement and provide simple updates when required.
Assist with other day-to-day marketing activities and projects as needed.
Contribute creative ideas to improve our social media content and online presence.
What We're Looking For
Basic knowledge and understanding of TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
Experience creating social media content is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative, organised and attentive to detail.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Able to create simple, engaging and relevant social media content.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different outlets.
Able to work independently and take initiative in managing day-to-day social media activities.
Willing to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and platforms.
Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a related field is an advantage.
