The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for our in-house Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Web) role to be responsible for managing our company website and driving organic growth through SEO.

Responsibilities

1. Website Management & Operations

·       Manage, update, and maintain the company's official website (e.g. WordPress CMS).

·       Monitor website health, fix broken links, optimize page load speeds, and improve user experience (UX).

·       Ensure website is mobile responsive and functions seamlessly across devices.

·       Coordinate with external vendors when required.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

·       Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

·       Perform on-page SEO optimization including title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking and content structure.

·       Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.

·       Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and evolving search algorithms.

·       Build quality backlinks and implement off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority.

3. Analytics & Reporting

·       Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.

·       Generate monthly reports and provide recommendations to improve website and SEO performance.

·       Track KPIs including rankings, traffic, conversions and lead generation.

4. Basic IT Security & Cybersecurity

·       Assist in maintaining website security, software updates, backups and user access controls.

·       Monitor company website for security vulnerabilities, suspicious activities and spam attacks.

·       Support implementation of cybersecurity best practices

·       Assist in identifying phishing emails, malware threats and suspicious online activities.

·       Ensure proper handling and protection of customer information in compliance with company policies and PDPA requirements.

·       Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

·       Assist management in basic IT and cybersecurity awareness initiatives for staff.

5. Administrative Support

·       Provide general administrative support to the management team.

·       Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

·       Support operations and customer service teams during peak periods.

Skills & Requirements

·       Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience managing websites and successful SEO campaigns with measurable results.

·       Basic understanding of IT security, cybersecurity and data protection concepts.

·       Knowledge of phishing prevention, malware awareness, password security and MFA.

·       Friendly and positive attitude

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·       Ability to multitask between digital marketing, website management and administrative duties.
