About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey of learning, growth, and data-driven insights. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts, with a focus on business-to-business initiatives as well as gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Optimisation: Work alongside our content team to develop engaging and informative content targeting relevant audiences. Optimise content for search engines and platforms to drive organic traffic and generate quality leads.


• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media presence across platforms. Collaborate with the team to develop engaging posts, experiment with content formats, and monitor trends to improve performance.


• Website Optimisation and Analytics: Collaborate with the team to optimise websites for lead generation and conversion. Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics.


• E-commerce Marketing and Operations: Support the management of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop (and potentially Shopee). Assist with product listings, content updates, and campaign execution to improve visibility and sales performance.


• Campaign and Product Marketing Support: Contribute to planning and executing promotional campaigns, including product positioning, bundling strategies, and content angles for digital platforms.


• Operational and Logistics Coordination: Assist with basic e-commerce operations, including order tracking, coordination with fulfillment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store activities.


• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and digital marketing strategies to provide actionable insights for both marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field of study.


• Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, market research, and data analysis.


• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels.


• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies.


• Interest in e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee, with willingness to learn store management and operations.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.


• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.


• Able to start from August 2026
