From F&B to Automotive to Beauty, we partner with some of the most recognizable brands across the island.Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help shape the future ofmarketing at 1103.Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing campaign strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and emerging platforms.
Advising clients on campaign strategies and recommendations to drive real business results.
Write scroll-stopping captions, creative scripts, and stories that feel human.
Represent the Marketing voice during key campaign briefings and pitch presentations.
Evaluating and optimizing campaign performance.
Managing and growing key brand accounts.
Candidates Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience,
Experience running TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and Google Ads is a must; LinkedIn Ads are a bonus
Can craft compelling copy and build high-converting landing pages.
Strong analytical skills — able to understand what the numbers say and what to do next
Positive attitude, self-driven, and eager to take on leadership or strategic ownership
Agency experience or client-facing experience is a plus
Knowledge in content creation or production is a bonus
Bonus: Has experience in beauty, automotive, or F&B verticals
