DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
About the role
FJ & Joseph Pte Ltd is an interior space-saving design and hardware solutions company and the operator of Spacekoncept, our e-commerce marketplace for space-saving furniture, hardware and related solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our digital presence, generate leads, improve online sales and build the Spacekoncept brand.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
Plan and manage digital campaigns to generate website traffic, enquiries and sales
Monitor campaign performance and optimise advertising budgets for better ROI
Develop promotional campaigns for products, seasonal offers and new product launches
Improve website visibility through SEO and content marketing
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic
Create and optimise website pages, product listings, landing pages and blog content
Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and customer behaviour using analytics tools
Manage and grow our social media presence
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
About you
Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or a related role
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ads
Good copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools is an advantage
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
