Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Create, write and schedule engaging content, including social media posts, photos and short-form videos.

• Plan and maintain a content calendar for marketing campaigns, promotions and upcoming events.

• Manage organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Monitor social media comments, messages and enquiries, responding promptly when required.

• Support on-site photography and video coverage for events and marketing activities.

• Track social media performance, analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate with internal teams, event organisers and external agencies on marketing activities.

• Assist with website updates, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives.

• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintain an organised library of digital assets.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

• Good writing, communication and content creation skills.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools.

• Experience in photography, video filming and editing will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools, such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Creative, proactive and organised, with good attention to detail.

• Experience in hospitality, events or venue marketing will be an advantage.
