Digital Marketing Executive

U Aesthetics is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Orchard.

You’ll work across digital marketing, social media, content creation and paid advertising, helping us grow brand awareness, generate enquiries and improve campaign performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu

• Manage and optimise Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads for leads and conversions

• Monitor campaign performance including leads, CPL, conversions and ROAS

• Conceptualise, film and edit short-form content for Reels, TikTok and XiaoHongShu

• Create hooks, captions, promotional concepts and campaign creatives

• Identify social media trends and turn them into relevant brand content

• Coordinate shoots and collaborations with customers, KOLs and influencers

• Support promotions, new launches and marketing campaigns

• Maintain the content calendar and review performance to improve reach and enquiries

What We're Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation

• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and/or XiaoHongShu

• Good video filming and editing skills

• Familiar with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools

• Able to create engaging hooks, captions and short-form content

• Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently

• Beauty, aesthetics, skincare or lifestyle marketing experience is an advantage
