The Role


Join the dynamic corporate marketing team at the global headquarters of EXEO Global! Working collaboratively with business units and cross-functional departments across the Group, the Digital Marketing Specialist will help optimise lead generation and brand visibility through paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows, while translating data insights into actionable business outcomes and supporting end-to-end corporate event initiatives.


You'll be part of a lean and dynamic corporate marketing team that seeks to help each of EXEO Global's brands achieve greater synergies across sales and marketing processes, as well as greater effectiveness in their inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.



Key Accountabilities



  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns (including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads) to maximise lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM workflows, including lead segmentation, automated email nurture sequences, and inbound marketing campaigns.

  • Conceptualise, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage internal and external stakeholders across the Group.

  • Track, analyse, and report on website traffic, campaign conversions, and user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4) and native platform insights.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to align ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets for seamless user journeys.

  • Assist in ensuring the smooth running of marketing campaigns (both digital and in-person corporate events).

  • Support the Marketing Team with corporate events, exhibitions, and industry seminars locally and regionally.

  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and email formats to improve click-through and conversion rates.

  • Maintain data hygiene across digital platforms and ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant data protection guidelines.

  • Other ad-hoc job-related duties as required to support business needs.



    • Skills & Experiences



  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations.

  • Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4), paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and HubSpot/ Salesforce(or comparable CRM/marketing automation tools).

  • Proven experience executing email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.

  • Good communication skills in English language and a 2nd language, with strong copy writing and messaging skills.

  • Hands-on experience supporting physical corporate events, trade shows, or industry conferences.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and present actionable reporting.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver on required assets and campaigns in a timely manner.

  • Responsible, proactive, and motivated individual, that is willing to learn and explore new digital marketing strategies.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a good team player across diverse teams and regional units.

  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback, and able to handle ambiguity.
