E Commerce Assistant

Job Description

Duties:

• Order processing for all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada)


• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner


• Assist the trade executive in administration work, such as preparing sales order, purchase orders, delivery orders, and more.


• Coordinate delivery services


• Assist the trade executive in achieving sales target for e-commerce platforms


• Inventory monitoring for e-commerce SKUs


• Assist to handle packing of e-commerce orders


• Handle any administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager


• Supporting finance team in timely documentation of all online sales, purchase order and invoices into system


• Data entry, filing and other administrative duties

Job Requirements

Requirements :

• Minimum professional, ITE/Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing / Business Development or related discipline


• Min 2 years’ experience in Food Industry market development or digital marketing


• Basic knowledge of adobe illustrator or photoshop & Excel Pivot table is advantage
