Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Singapore e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.), including managing product listings, campaign setup, and daily store activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, including images, pricing, and descriptions across multiple platforms and webstore.
- Coordinate and execute platform campaigns and webstore promotions.
- Monitor store performance, orders, and inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements for better sales results.
- Liaise with internal teams and platform account managers for campaign coordination and product updates.
- Assist in daily operational tasks such as customer inquiries, stock updates, and order processing.
- Support other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Familiar with Singapore online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools (Photoshop/ Canva) for e-commerce management.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willing to learn attitude.
