Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Creative:
- Digital Mockups: Assist in merchandise mockups using Adobe Creative Suite and Generative AI
- Production Prep: Support merchandise manager in preparing technical artwork and sketches (e.g., rash vests) for manufacturing.
- Content Support: Support planning and coordination of photoshoots
Vendor Liaison & Production:
- External Coordination: Act as a point of contact for external partners to track progress
- Logistics: Manage all shipments and coordinate incoming/outgoing materials
Operations & Reporting:
- Asset Management: Maintain organised archives of all supplier materials and creative assets.
- Performance Tracking: Assist with "sell-through" reporting to help analyse product performance
Requirements:
- Design & AI: Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and experience using AI tools to streamline creative workflows.
- Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented approach to logistics and vendor management.
- Digital Savvy: Understanding of lifestyle aesthetics and digital-first design
