GTM & Marketing Lead
About Us
Praxis Intelligence Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company that takes enterprise AI from strategy to production. Through our consulting and deployment practice, NextAI+ Praxis, we work with enterprises from use-case discovery through solution design, system build and go-live, and we stay through the stage where most AI programmes stall: integration with real data, real systems and real people. Current engagements span maritime, e-commerce, semiconductors and electronics, and traditional energy and manufacturing.
We are not a pure consultancy. The practice is supported by our own AI infrastructure layer, an enterprise platform for governed model access, routing and cost attribution across providers and clouds, together with a set of internal build tools that take us from a client interview to a working system in short order. Client deployments run on this foundation, and what we learn in the field feeds back into it.
The Role
You take over marketing and go-to-market for NextAI+ Praxis from a founding team member who has been running it alongside everything else, with marketing assistants supporting you on execution. The handover gives you a working base: channels, columns, events and early relationships. What we are hiring for is what comes next. We want someone who initiates: who looks at the market and proposes the campaign, the partnership, the event series, the positioning shift, rather than waiting for a brief. You report directly to the founding team and work closely with the delivery and product leads.
• Shape the market strategy. Which industries and segments we prioritise, how we talk to each, and where qualified conversations come from.
• Own the brand's voice. Website, research columns on enterprise AI deployment and AI governance, newsletters, social, and the positioning that ties them together. You write much of it yourself, and you edit the rest.
• Plan and run market activities. Executive roundtables and dinners, industry events, speaking slots, and the follow-through that turns an evening into a pipeline.
• Lay the first bricks of partnerships. Identify, approach and structure early partnerships with system integrators, cloud and model vendors, industry associations and advisory firms. You will not inherit a partner programme; you will start one.
• Arm the sales conversation. Case studies, one-pagers, proposal narratives and decks, built with the delivery team from real project material.
• Tell the product side of the story where it helps. Our deployments run on our own AI infrastructure layer; part of the job is working out when and how that fact strengthens the practice's pitch, and writing it so a non-technical buyer gets it.
• Read the numbers. Set up simple tracking for inbound, pipeline and event outcomes, and tell us what they mean.
Requirements
• 1–3 years in B2B marketing, GTM, growth or partnerships, ideally in enterprise software, AI, cloud or developer tools, and ideally at a company small enough that you did most of it yourself.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken. You communicate with ease across audiences, from a developer to a board member, and you can turn technical substance into clear, credible copy without hype. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; much of this role is conversations, not documents.
• You have shipped something end to end: a campaign, a launch, an event, a partnership, and you can show what came of it.
• Comfortable with the vocabulary of AI infrastructure (models, APIs, gateways, deployment, governance), or able to pick it up quickly from an engineering team that will happily explain.
• You initiate. Given a working base and a small team to direct, you generate the next ideas yourself, make the case for them, and carry them through. Waiting for a brief is not your default.
• Analytical enough. You read funnel data, you set up tracking, you change course when the numbers say so.
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing an API or infrastructure product alongside a services business • Experience taking a B2B offering into new markets or regions; our clients are global
• Hands-on with web, design or marketing tooling (Webflow, Figma, HubSpot or similar) • Events experience, from a 12-person dinner to a conference booth
Who We Are
We are small and early. A fair amount is still being decided: how we sell, how we deliver, which bets we double down on. The people who join now will decide a good part of that with us. This is not a place where the role arrives fully defined; it is a place where the role grows with what you show you can carry. If that reads as both exciting and a little uncertain, that is an accurate description.
Compensation
Competitive for an early-stage company in Singapore, and structured so that the people who build the company early share in what it becomes. Beyond the package: a mandate that widens as fast as you can take it, direct access to enterprise decision-makers from the first month, and a team that works hands-on with frontier AI tooling every day.
