Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in photoshoots and content creation
• Assist in drafting and posting social media content
• Help with basic copywriting for marketing materials
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on e-commerce platforms
• Manage customer communications via email
• Assist with order exchanges, refunds, and resolution of service issues
• Support the packing and fulfillment of daily orders
• Ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Transport provided for end times after 11:00 PM
