Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠⁠Participate in photoshoots and content creation
•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist in drafting and posting social media content
•⁠ ⁠⁠Help with basic copywriting for marketing materials
•⁠ ⁠Monitor and respond to customer feedback on e-commerce platforms
•⁠ ⁠Manage customer communications via email
•⁠ ⁠Assist with order exchanges, refunds, and resolution of service issues
•⁠ ⁠Support the packing and fulfillment of daily orders
•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Transport provided for end times after 11:00 PM
