Junior Marketing and Operations Assistant
We are looking for a creative, responsible and enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our growing local beauty and skincare company.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (小红书).
* Create engaging content, including photos, short videos, reels and social media posts.
* Support marketing campaigns, promotions and content planning.
* Assist with stock management, order packing and fulfilment.
* Coordinate with team members on daily marketing and operational activities.
* Handle general administrative and ad-hoc operational tasks.
* Manage eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Tiktok Shop.
*Communicate with counterparties for live selling events.
Job Requirements
* Fresh graduates from ITE, Polytechnic or equivalent qualifications are welcome.
* Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, as the role involves creating content and communicating with audiences on Xiaohongshu (小红书).
* Able to communicate effectively in English.
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Ai tools or other content creation tools is an advantage.
* Interest in beauty, skincare and social media trends.
* Creative, organised and willing to learn.
* Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
