Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a Live Media Associate / UGC Content Creator (Trainee) to join our creative team. This role goes beyond traditional live streaming, combining on-camera presentation, content creation, and audience engagement to amplify brand presence online. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and skilled at connecting with viewers while producing high-quality, interactive live content.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, produce, and host live streaming sessions across social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Create engaging user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and execute live campaigns.
• Interact with viewers in real-time to drive engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics of live sessions and social content, providing insights for optimization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, live streaming formats, and audience preferences.
• Support content repurposing for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in live streaming, social media content creation, or influencer/UGC campaigns is preferred.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with experience in concept development, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Proficiency with live streaming tools, video recording, editing software, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for digital media, trends, and interactive content.
