Marketing Associate

Job Overview: A Marketing Associate supports the marketing team in planning and executing marketing and advertising activities. This role involves conducting market research, analysing consumer behaviour data, and creating reports on marketing and sales metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer behaviour.


• Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.


• Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies and provide insights for improvement.


• Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.


• Content Creation: Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.


• Event Coordination: Assist with organizing promotional events and product launches.


• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics and campaign performance.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree


• Experience: Minimum of 1 years as Marketing at retail company or similar/digital agency, digital marketing, handling multi brands (if possible)


• Skills: Excel, Power Points, Canva, Negotiation, Multitasking


• Other Qualification: Aggressive marketer, competitive, strong knowledge of retail and market, strong character
