Responsibilities

Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and support sales targets.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure accurate execution, timely follow-up and proper documentation.

Research existing and emerging markets to identify potential business opportunities and growth areas.
Analyse industry trends and customer needs to support targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
Identify opportunities in industries such as robotics, biomedical, electric vehicles and research institutions.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Identify opportunities to expand the customer database and improve customer segmentation.
Analyse customer and sales data to uncover new business opportunities and support decision-making.

Engage prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails and face-to-face interactions to understand their needs.
Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements and available information.
Prepare sales reports and conduct data analysis to identify potential leads and untapped sales opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution, market research or sales enablement.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing data analysis is preferred.
Proficiencies in Excel, PBI/Tableau or Power Automate will be a plus
Open to OT and overseas travel (overnight, for events / campaigns)
