Marketing Executive, Social and Lifecycle [Independent Contractor]
About the role
As an independent contractor, you are a hands-on generalist who runs Flexar's day-to-day marketing engine: social, CRM, paid media, campaigns, creators and reporting. You'll turn campaign plans into live work every week and own the numbers behind it.
Key responsibilities
Run the monthly content calendar at 1 to 2 posts a week, with captions and creatives ready 3 days ahead
Produce on-brand creatives in Canva and AI tools, and use-case-led, Gen Z-friendly short video for TikTok and Reels
Keep every asset on brand: whole car in frame, clear T&C disclaimers, correct formats per placement
Build and schedule push, in-app and email campaigns in Braze
Pull and segment audiences, such as new sign-ups with no first ride, lapsed riders and ex-BlueSG users
Run nudges that move new riders to their first rental and bring lapsed riders back
Turn campaign plans into timelines, assets and checklists across social, CRM, web and Public Relations
Support launches such as new stations, pricing changes, referral pushes and features like Advance Reservation
Source, brief and manage micro-influencers and UGC creators, mostly on TikTok
Flag what's working and suggest what to change next
About you
1 to 3 years in marketing, ideally at a consumer app, mobility, e-commerce or agency
Hands-on social media experience, including short-form video for TikTok and Reels
Strong design eye and working Canva skills
Comfort with numbers: you can read a funnel and build a clean report in Google Sheets or Excel
Clear, punchy copywriting in English
Organised and fast: you keep several campaigns moving at once and hit deadlines
A degree in marketing, communications, business or similar
About Flexar
Flexar is Singapore's point-to-point electric car-sharing app, formerly BlueSG. Riders pick up a car at one station and drop it at another, with parking at our stations covered.
We're growing fast: new destinations like Changi Airport, VivoCity and Mandai Wildlife East, simpler pricing, and new features such as Advance Reservation. Marketing is shifting from pure acquisition toward brand, community and getting new riders to their first trip. That's where you come in.
