Marketing calendar planning and execution- follow through regional and in-country GTM initiatives, define best practices and assist in the successful deployment of calendar plans for APAC markets (PS, Retail, Exports):

Retail activations: synergy campaigns, Point Of Sales Mat’s(POSMs) assets, demonstration & merchandising tools

Promotions: B2B or B2B2C promotions to help drive sale and loyalty among customers

Events that feature the brand: internal and external events including optical fairs, summits and conferences

Trade Communication: trade / internal communication or newsletter on the brand and its activities

Brand Campaigns: Digital and Influencer campaign coordination with agencies for asset adaptation, claims review and media plan deployment

Support the creation/adaptation of brand programs, demonstrating creativity & innovative thinking in:

Deployment of new brand media campaign across key markets
-
Assist in execution of influencer & PR campaigns
-
Enhancing the Transitions Brand visibility all along the in-store journey

Supporting the overall brand marketing plan including management of consumer & trade content
-
Facilitating and support in tracking the marketing spends by country and initiative

Establish regional capabilities and resources for APAC marketing team

Social Media toolkits: Prepare monthly social media toolkit to enable ECPs and key customers to drive Transitions content and messaging always on basis

Website Updates/Adaptations: Ensure Transitions & Essilor websites are up to date with latest content and materials and share with markets

Competitive Intelligence: APAC markets is highly competitive with new market promotions and activations. Help APAC team and markets to stay updated and take necessary action
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Currently studying with BBA/MBA (major of studies)
-
Analytical, business oriented & great with presentations. Excellent MS Office skills esp. w/ Excel & PowerPoint Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines

Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills

Positive attitude and diligence in following through on priorities and delivering high quality results

Versed in or interested in brands in general
