About Us

Praxis Intelligence Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company that takes enterprise AI from strategy to production. Through our consulting and deployment practice, NextAI+ Praxis, we work with enterprises from use-case discovery through solution design, system build and go-live, and we stay through the stage where most AI programmes stall: integration with real data, real systems and real people. Current engagements span maritime, e-commerce, semiconductors and electronics, and traditional energy and manufacturing.

We are not a pure consultancy. The practice is supported by our own AI infrastructure layer, an enterprise platform for governed model access, routing and cost attribution across providers and clouds, together with a set of internal build tools that take us from a client interview to a working system in short order. Client deployments run on this foundation, and what we learn in the field feeds back into it.

We are a small team, which means an intern here is not a spare pair of hands at the edge of things. You will be in the projects.

The Role

You join as a project assistant across live client engagements, support the marketing and go-to-market function, or do some of both. We shape the mix to your strengths and interests within the first few weeks.

Project track

• Research prospects and industries ahead of client conversations; prepare briefing notes and interview guides. • Join client calls and workshops as note-taker; turn notes into structured summaries and follow-ups.
• Keep project trackers current; help the team see what is due, what is blocked and what has changed.
• Help assemble proposals, one-pagers and case material from project work.

• Test systems we build, document what you find, and write user-facing guides.

Marketing track

• Research and draft content for our newsletters and research columns on enterprise AI deployment and AI governance.

• Maintain the content calendar and publish across website and social channels. • Support events: guest lists, logistics, follow-up.
• Help build and update marketing material: web pages, decks, one-pagers.

Whichever track you lean toward, you will work daily with AI tooling (coding agents, research agents, document and data workflows) and see how it is actually used in client work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a university or polytechnic in Singapore, and eligible to undertake a full-time internship in Singapore.

• Available full-time for 3–6 months.

• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken. You are comfortable on a client call, and you can summarise a one-hour conversation into a page someone busy would actually read. Good interpersonal skills; you will be dealing with clients and partners, not only documents.

• Organised. You keep track of many small things without being told twice.
• Curious about how enterprises adopt AI, and willing to read widely to understand industries you have

never worked in.
• Comfortable with AI tools as part of how you work and learn.

Nice to Have

• Basic Python, SQL or data analysis
• Design or web tooling (Figma, Canva, Webflow or similar)
• A previous internship in consulting, a startup or a B2B company
• Writing you can show us: a blog, a newsletter, a student publication, a long essay

Who We Are

We are small and early. A fair amount is still being decided, and the people in the room now, interns included, get a real say in what gets built and how. Expect responsibility sooner than you would elsewhere, and expect the shape of your work to change as the company does.

What You Get

• A monthly internship allowance, competitive for Singapore.

• Direct exposure to real client projects and real enterprise decision-makers, not a sandboxed intern project.

• Mentorship from the founding team, with regular feedback.

• A path to a full-time role for interns who do well; several of our current ways of working started as intern work.

How We Work

Location: Singapore
Work mode: Hybrid
Duration: 3–6 months, full-time; start date flexible
