Sales Manager (OTC /Consumer Healthcare)
Our client a supplement/consumer Medical/Healthcare/Cosmetic company, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Singapore team .
This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring smooth daily operations, and working closely with the Director to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall sales performance of the Singapore office, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to develop effective sales strategies.
Oversee sales reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Drive growth in the medical/healthcare /Cosmetic business segment.
Monitor sales results, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions.
Manage daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR functions.
Ensure strong coordination and teamwork across departments.
Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present regular business and sales performance reports to the Director.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and consumer market trends.
Strong sales and business management experience
Able to work hands-on in a small team environment
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
