Sales & Social Media Executive (Mandarin & English)

Our compnay is looking for a bilingual Sales & Social Media Executive to support customer enquiries, sales and social media content. This role is primarily office-based, combining online and in-person customer service with day-to-day marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other online channels in a friendly and professional manner.

• Welcome customers who visit the office, understand their needs and introduce our smart home products and solutions.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to support sales.

• Organise photos, videos and other marketing materials.

• Help prepare and publish content, including short videos, on Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

• Assist with basic content editing and other daily sales and marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Able to communicate confidently in both English and Mandarin, verbally and in writing, to assist customers in both languages and prepare bilingual social media content.

• Friendly, organised and comfortable speaking with customers online and in person.

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

• Basic photo and video editing skills would be an advantage.

• Experience in sales, customer service or social media is welcome.

• An interest in smart home products and a willingness to learn.
