Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and well-rounded Social Media & Retail Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, storytelling, visually driven, tuned into social trends and enjoys engaging and creating warm, memorable experiences for customers – both in-store and online.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

• Propose creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives

• Plan and execute content shoots, including photography and videos

• Edit photos and videos for use on various platforms

• Assist in drafting compelling captions and post copy that reflects our brand voice

• Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics for social media content

• Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives

• Help identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, or user-generated content

• Assist to design and create email marketing newsletters

Customer Experience & Retail Operations

• Be a brand ambassador, representing Studio Qiling with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm

• Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations to customers

• Share the stories behind our prints and designs to create meaningful customer connections

• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect Studio Qiling’s aesthetic and brand identity

• Assist with inventory organisation and daily operations

In-Store Events

• Support in-store events such as launches, festive celebrations, and customer experiences

• Assist to coordinate event logistics, customer invitations, and on-the-day execution
